Do I need to book an appointment?
Booking is recommended so we can reserve workshop time and prepare for your vehicle. For an urgent problem, call us and we will explain the earliest available option.
What information should I provide before the visit?
Tell us the make, model and year, describe the symptom, mention warning lights and explain when the problem appears. Photos, video or diagnostic codes can also help us prepare.
Will you diagnose the fault before replacing parts?
Yes. We first verify the cause through inspection and system-specific diagnostics. We then explain the repair options and agree on the scope before work begins.
How is the repair price agreed?
After the initial inspection we provide the expected work, parts options and price. If an additional fault is discovered, we contact you before carrying out extra work.
Can I bring my own spare parts?
This can be agreed in advance. We need the vehicle details and part information first so we can confirm compatibility and explain how the choice affects the parts warranty.
Can you prepare my car for the annual technical inspection?
Yes. We can check the brakes, suspension, steering, lights, warning systems, tyres and other safety-related items, then repair agreed faults before the inspection.
Do you repair electrical and mechanical faults in one workshop?
Yes. Autopodium handles mechanical repairs, auto electrical diagnostics, tyres, brakes, suspension, engine work and body repair at the same workshop.
